On September 7, 2018 a group of 9 Rotarians from the Beaufort Rotary Club gathered to complete landscaping at the new Circle of Hope Ministries facility on Boundary Street.  This new ministry provides emergency care and support for the homeless in Beaufort with an emphasis on homeless veterans.
  • The overall project focused on clearing brush from around the building, development of a lawn with appropriate walkways, new foundation plantings and addition of ornamental plantings around the facility’s signage.  Earlier, Steve Lanier, Chip Canady and Jeff Johnson combined to build two new picknick tables which are located in the facility’s back yard.  The tops of both tables include an inlay of the Rotary Seal.  Finally, team support was requested in assembly of bunk beds in the dormitories.
